Mother's Day Orange & Poppyseed Cake

This Mother's Day, we're baking a limited edition orange and poppyseed cake. Bright, generous and made to share.

Soft poppyseed sponge, layered with Chantilly cream and a spoonful of orange marmalade, edged with crunchy pistachios and topped with candied orange. Each cake serves six people, and is perfect for the family to share.

Across the weekend the bakeries will have limited quantities to purchase in store so if you don't want to miss out, simply preorder and collect between 7–10 May.

All cakes come with a gift card, so you can write a note to mum and tuck it in beside the box. Breakfast in bed, served with a hot cup of coffee.
