Sit­u­at­ed on Hawthorn Rd, our Caulfield North bak­ery was estab­lished in June 2019. We sit along side many local busi­ness­es and the bak­ery is a stones throw from beau­ti­ful Caulfield Park. 


Caulfield North hous­es our dai­ly bread pro­duc­tion for both Mel­bourne retail stores and our whole­sale cus­tomer base.

Bak­er Bleu har­ness­es the ancient meth­ods of long fer­men­ta­tion sour­dough while also imple­ment­ing mod­ern bak­ing tech­niques with our state of the art machin­ery. Our renowned sig­na­ture dark crust has become a well-loved fix­ture in local and hos­pi­tal­i­ty com­mu­ni­ties in Melbourne.

As well as bread and pas­tries, we offer filled sand­wich­es, Roman style piz­zas, sausage rolls and more to enjoy from break­fast, lunch and after­noon tea. Our fridges and shelves are stocked with the essen­tial arti­sanal items to take home with your bread. We serve sea­son­al Mar­ket Lane espres­so & fil­ter cof­fee to paid with your morn­ing pas­try at our out­door seating.
