Our Prahran bak­ery sits just off bustling Malvern Road, with­in the Hawks­burn Vil­lage shop­ping precinct. This space holds a pur­pose built pas­try kitchen where we craft the dark art of sour­dough viennoiserie.

Archi­tec­tural­ly designed by IF Archi­tec­ture, we are very proud that this space has been appre­ci­at­ed by the archi­tec­ture and design com­mu­ni­ty and whol­ly embraced by our locals.

You will find a larg­er range of retail items and a dai­ly selec­tion of piz­za and filled sand­wich­es. The per­fect spot for an Orang­i­na and a piz­za slice!

Craft­ing sour­dough pas­tries, 7 days a week, we cre­ate Dark Crust Mag­ic on our selec­tion of sweet and savoury pas­tries, with many of our flavours chang­ing with the seasons.
