From Caulfield to Hawksburn and now to Double Bay Sydney, Baker Bleu opened their highly anticipated store in September 2022. It is a modern and sleek representation of Baker Bleu’s amazing offerings of sourdough bread and pastries. Owners Mike and Mia Russell have teamed up with renowned chef and restaurateur Neil Perry to open the first Sydney store.
Perry has dubbed Baker Bleu bread as “the best in Australia” with a “big depth of flavour, beautiful chew and incredible crust.” Pre opening, he would also especially air freight the bread straight to his Double Bay restaurant Margaret to serve each day.
The store is alongside Margaret and Next Door giving the buzzing community of Double Bay the luxury of enjoying croissants, coffee, wine and steak all in one spot. The ultimate destination!
As well as bread and pastries, there is a carefully curated selection of pantry and fridge essentials that can be paired perfectly with Baker Bleu bread. There are also a wide range of freshly made sandwiches available each day for lunch. You can pick up the range of merchandise which includes our tote bag, t‑shirts, tea towels and more.
Baker Bleu Sydney is an exciting addition to the evolving Double Bay scene, and is open Wednesday to Sunday 7.30am — 3pm
