From Caulfield to Hawks­burn and now to Dou­ble Bay Syd­ney, Bak­er Bleu opened their high­ly antic­i­pat­ed store in Sep­tem­ber 2022. It is a mod­ern and sleek rep­re­sen­ta­tion of Bak­er Bleu’s amaz­ing offer­ings of sour­dough bread and pas­tries. Own­ers Mike and Mia Rus­sell have teamed up with renowned chef and restau­ra­teur Neil Per­ry to open the first Syd­ney store.

Per­ry has dubbed Bak­er Bleu bread as the best in Aus­tralia” with a big depth of flavour, beau­ti­ful chew and incred­i­ble crust.” Pre open­ing, he would also espe­cial­ly air freight the bread straight to his Dou­ble Bay restau­rant Mar­garet to serve each day.

The store is along­side Mar­garet and Next Door giv­ing the buzzing com­mu­ni­ty of Dou­ble Bay the lux­u­ry of enjoy­ing crois­sants, cof­fee, wine and steak all in one spot. The ulti­mate destination!

As well as bread and pas­tries, there is a care­ful­ly curat­ed selec­tion of pantry and fridge essen­tials that can be paired per­fect­ly with Bak­er Bleu bread. There are also a wide range of fresh­ly made sand­wich­es avail­able each day for lunch. You can pick up the range of mer­chan­dise which includes our tote bag, t‑shirts, tea tow­els and more.

Bak­er Bleu Syd­ney is an excit­ing addi­tion to the evolv­ing Dou­ble Bay scene, and is open Wednes­day to Sun­day 7.30am — 3pm
