Get messy & learn how to make Bak­er Bleu’s deli­cious (& infa­mous) sour cher­ry and dark choco­late East­er buns from scratch under the tute­lage of Founder & Bak­er Mike Russell.

The live-streamed class will be host­ed from the Caulfield North bak­ery on Sun­day the 28th of March with help from friend Shane Delia. It will be bro­ken into three stages with two pre-record­ed videos teach­ing you how to prep and prove dough. Then the live class will take place on Insta­gram (@providoor) and will show you the ropes on form­ing, glaz­ing and scor­ing the buns, plus how to make a sour­dough starter to use in future.

Your class kit will be deliv­ered with every­thing you need to bake and enjoy two dozen Bak­er Bleu sour cher­ry & dark choco­late East­er buns includ­ing 1kg of Tuerong Farm Win­ter white flour, Hunt­ed + Gath­ered Domini­can Repub­lic choco­late, organ­ic sour cher­ries, St David’s Cul­tured But­ter and the tools (dough scraper and the per­fect pan) you need to bake like Mike.

You’ll bake one batch with Mike and Shane and one batch in your own time after mas­ter­ing the skills. As an added bonus, Mike will also share his famous focac­cia recipe dur­ing the live class.
