Get messy & learn how to make Baker Bleu’s delicious (& infamous) sour cherry and dark chocolate Easter buns from scratch under the tutelage of Founder & Baker Mike Russell.
The live-streamed class will be hosted from the Caulfield North bakery on Sunday the 28th of March with help from friend Shane Delia. It will be broken into three stages with two pre-recorded videos teaching you how to prep and prove dough. Then the live class will take place on Instagram (@providoor) and will show you the ropes on forming, glazing and scoring the buns, plus how to make a sourdough starter to use in future.
